What to Expect From Me
We’ll meet together to discuss your dreams, ideas and plans.
I’ll ask you questions about your perfect event and learn what impact and style you’re aiming for. I’ll help you explore your likes as well as provide ideas to build on your plans. I’ll also ask you about your intended budget and help you make decisions to help create your wedding/event within your targeted budget. I will ask for a deposit to secure your date and plan to meet again with you at your venue prior to your wedding.
Using this information, I will start to develop some initial thoughts and ideas about colors, styles and arrangements. I will show you samples to demonstrate what I’ve done in the past, in hopes for you to envision your own unique style and colors for your wedding. We will together complete the form for your wedding party flowers and all of the decorations and arrangements. I will schedule to meet with you again two weeks before the wedding -at your venue if possible-to go over the final plans, including delivery time and collect the remainder of the costs from you
I will ask to meet with your event planner if you have one, the venue management, your photographer and your caterer to ensure that the flowers will be complementing your entire event!
On the day of the event, I will be there in person to oversee setting out of the flowers and to taking care of attaching boutonnieres and corsages for the bridal party, setting up any arrangements, arches, aisles, etc.
You will have my undivided attention throughout, from the point of confirming your booking, to servicing your wedding. I will provide the best possible quality of flowers and service to help make your big day a memorable one!
